We take customer service serioulsy here at Harwood Web Design, and strive to provide the highest level of it from the moment we begin interacting with our clients, all the way through long after our work is complete.
When clients sign up for a web hosting or maintenance contract with us, you gain access to our online help desk where you can create tickets and monitor the status of those tickets through resolution. Tickets can be submitted with low, medium, or high priority. As work is done on your issues, the ticket you created will be updated and will generate an email to you with the latest details for your convience.
Our clients have a secure login page to obtain technical support and to view invoices.
Below is an example of a ticket a customer created including an update from our support team. Customers can track the status of tickets they create and even view ticket history.

Invoices are also viewable online and can be paid directly from the same online members section.
